Breaches:
The court harshly criticises the Prosecutor’s Office and the magistrate of the Examining Magistrate’s Court no. 16 of Barcelona for having violated the fundamental rights of the nine members of the ACM that were being investigated for the crime of embezzlement of public funds, fraud and illegal taxation during the organisation of 1 October, and deems the searches carried out by the National Police at the entity’s headquarters on 21 October 2019 null and void.
