Breaches:
The High Court of Justice of Catalonia investigating judge in the case against Neus Lloveras and Miquel Buch for their role during the 1 October referendum as the heads of the Catalan Association of Municipalities (ACM) and the Association of Municipalities for Independence (AMI), respectively, orders the definitive dismissal and closing of the case against them for a possible crime of disobedience. The Prosecutor’s Office appeals the decision before the Appeals Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Catalonia.
