Breaches:
The Second Examining Magistrate’s Court of Sabadell summons Maties Serracant, city council member for the Crida andmayor of Sabadell, on 28 January to answer to a charge of disobedience following a complaint filed by a private individual who accuses him of having made municipal spaces available for the 1 October referendum. Serracant invokes his right not to testify. The judge informs him that he is also being investigated for the embezzlement of public funds.
