The Supreme Court rejects the appeals of Mas, Homs, Ortega, Rigau and other high officials against the judgement of the Court of Auditors on the 9 November consultation

Breaches:

The Supreme Court rejects the cassation appeals presented by Artur Mas, Francesc Homs, Joana Ortega, Irene Rigau and the five senior officials of the Catalan Government against the judgement of the Court of Auditors that condemned them to pay 4.9 million euros for the accounting responsibility derived from the expenses of the Catalan Government when organising the 9 November consultation. The court argues that the appellants have not justified the matter’s cassational relevance.
