The High Court of Justice of Catalonia obliges the Cardedeu Town Hall to place the Spanish flag on the façade of the Town Hall

Breaches:

The association Impulso Ciudadano had filed an administrative appeal to order the removal of the pro-independence flag, which had been there for years instead of the Catalan and Spanish flags. The Fifth Administrative Court of Barcelona had rejected the appeal due to the association’s lack of legitimacy. Impulso Ciudadano then presents an appeal and the High Court of Justice of Catalonia upholds it, ordering that both the Spanish and the Catalan flag be put back on the Town Hall façade as a precautionary measure. Impulso Ciudadano says that as a result of this decision, they will proceed to send requests to every Town Hall in the same situation to have them display both flags.
