The Mossos d’Esquadra arrest the former head of the ANC of Manresa Eudald Camprubí for his alleged participation in the roadblock on the AP-7

Breaches:

The police arrested him after he failed to appear at two court summonses as he was being investigated for alleged crimes of disobedience, attacking authority and causing material damages when participating in the roadblock of the AP-7 in Salt, in the context of the protests called for by Tsunami Democràtic following the sentence of the 1 October referendum. After testifying in the Courts of Manresa, Eudald is released on bail. In July 2021, a court in Girona provisionally closes the case of the former head of the ANC and that of 47 other individuals investigated for the same action, since the magistrate considers that it has not been proven that they ‘threw blunt objects or burnt containers.’
