Breaches:
Pau Juvillà is being investigated for an alleged crime of disobedience for not removing the yellow ribbons from his office in La Paeria, by order of the District Electoral Board, during the electoral period of the general elections of 28 April 2019, when he was councillor of La Paeria, Lleida, and president of the municipal CUP party. The Third Examining Magistrate’s Court of Lleida had referred the case to the High Court of Justice of Catalonia because Juvillà is a member of the Parliament of Catalonia and, therefore, protected. On 12 July, the High Court of Justice of Catalonia assumes jurisdiction.
