The oral hearing of the trial of CDR activist Tamara Carrasco for the crime of incitement to public disturbance is being held at the Criminal Court of Barcelona no. 25. The Prosecutor’s Office is demanding a sentence of 7 months in prison and a special disqualification for the exercise of the right to vote. The trial is pending sentencing.
