A court in Barcelona acquits Tamara Carrasco

Breaches:

The Criminal Court of Barcelona no. 25 acquits the CDR activist Tamara Carrasco. In its ruling, the court criticizes the lack of solidity of the Civil Guard’s investigations. Carrasco announces that she will demand compensation from the Spanish Ministry of Justice for causing damages to her moral. For its part, the Prosecutor’s Office, which was demanding a 7-month prison sentence, is appealing the ruling before the Provincial Court of Barcelona.
