The appeal, presented in relation to the case against the leaders of the 1 October referendum and before Junqueras, Turull, Romeva, Rull and Sànchez were convicted, is not admitted because the court finds that those who presented it did not have standing to do so. The appeal was lodged in October 2018 and had been promoted by the ANC.
