Breaches:
The High Court of Justice of Catalonia had referred the case to the Supreme Court because Nuet was elected as a member of Congress in the 10 November 2019 elections. Once it is confirmed that the case at the High Court of Justice of Catalonia is limited to the rest of the former members of the Bureau (Lluís Corominas, Lluís Guinó, Anna Simó and Ramona Barrufet) and the former president of the CUP parliamentary group, Mireia Boya, the High Court of Justice of Catalonia sets the trial for April, but it will be postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic and will ultimately be held in July.
