The Prosecutor asks for 11 years in prison and disqualification for the leaders of the Mossos

Breaches:

In its indictment in the proceedings against the leaders of the Mossos for the events of 20-S and 1-O, the Prosecutor’s Office accuses the Major of the Mossos d’Esquadra Josep Lluís Trapero, the former director of the Mossos, Pere Soler, and the former Secretary General of the Interior, Cèsar Puig of the crime of rebellion and asks for the imposition of a sentence of 11 years in prison and 11 years of disqualification. For the lieutenant of the Mossos, Teresa Laplana, the Prosecution asks for 4 years in prison for the crime of sedition. Cèsar Puig files a motion to challenge the jurisdiction because he considers that the National High Court has no jurisdiction over the crimes of sedition and rebellion. Soler joins the motion filed.
