Breaches:
The High Prosecutor’s Office of Catalonia orders the Mossos d’Esquadra to appear at the electoral venues designated as polling stations to identify the person in charge of the venue, collect information on the preparation of the referendum and warn them of possible criminal liability. The Mossos d’Esquadra begin to comply with the order and to show up at the venues.
