The Prosecutor’s Office submits a report to the Second Examining Magistrate’s Court of Cervera against the former coordinator of the ANC in Tàrrega, Salvador Bori, for an alleged electoral crime. The Prosecutor’s Office is prosecuting him for holding an event on 16 December in support of Jordi Sànchez and Jordi Cuixart, that was previously prohibited by the Electoral Board. On 23 April, he testifies before the court and argues that after the Board banned the event, the CUP, ERC and JxCat called another campaign event with authorisation.
