The Prosecutor’s Office requests a sentence of one and a half years in prison for Carles Ruiz, member of the Palafrugell CDR

Breaches:



The Prosecution accuses the member of the CDR of attacking the authority for his participation in the protests at the doors of the Can Cou-Cou restaurant in Mont-ras, where the Supreme Court magistrate, Pablo Llarena; the president of the PP in Barcelona, Alberto Fernández-Díaz; and 16 other people were having dinner. The Prosecution requests a sentence of one and a half years in prison and a fine of 1,500 euros. In March 2023, Ruiz is sent to trial after turning down a plea bargain.
