The Scottish justice system closes the extradition process against Ponsatí

Breaches:

The Sheriff’s Court of Edinburgh believes that it no longer has jurisdiction to execute the European Arrest Warrant issued against Clara Ponsatí by the investigating magistrate of the 1 October case, Pablo Llarena, as she no longer resides in Scotland. Since the European Arrest Warrants are held in abeyance due to the pre-trial motions presented by Llarena, no extradition proceedings have been initiated in Belgium against Ponsatí for the time being.
