The Spanish government attempts to prevent Parliament from holding a debate on self-determination

Breaches:

The Bureau of Parliament allows debate on a motion presented by the CUP calling on Parliament to reiterate its will to exercise the right of self-determination. On 8 November, the Spanish government files an appeal before the Constitutional Court challenging the decision to allow the debate. Ciutadans also files an amparo appeal with the Constitutional Court against the motion.
