Breaches:
On 28 March, and at the request of the National High Court Prosecutor’s Office, the historian and friend of Puigdemont, Josep Lluís Alay, and the two Catalan police officers who accompanied him, are arrested by the Spanish police and later released with charges for an alleged crime of concealment. They are under investigation for accompanying President Carles Puigdemont when he had just crossed the border between Denmark and Germany by car on his way back from a conference he had given at the University of Helsinki.
