The Spanish police arrest six militants of the Independentist Left, Arran and the SEPC

Breaches:



They had not been notified of the commencing of a prior legal proceedings. The arrested live around Urgell and the Pla d’Urgell. The association Alerta Solidària denounces that the militants had been spied for a year. The arrests are for the crime of membership of criminal organisation, arson, continued damages, outrages to the Spanish flag, crime against physical and moral integrity, environmental crime and robbery. The police confiscates their mobile phones and electronic devices. The National Police had also requested house searches, but Lleida Investigating Court no. 4 denied it. They are released twenty four hours later, once they have appeared before the judge. The court continues proceedings for the crimes of damages, public disorders and threats.
