The Supreme Court dismisses the appeal presented by Pablo Hasél and confirms his conviction for glorification of terrorism and lèse majesté

Breaches:

The Court confirms the National High Court’s ruling sentencing the singer to nine months in prison for the crimes of glorification of terrorism, lèse majesté and slander against the State Security Forces and Corps for 64 posts on Twitter and songs on Youtube about members of GRAPO and ETA.
