Breaches:
The Supreme Court dismisses the appeal submitted by the Government of Catalonia against the judgment of the High Court of Justice of Catalonia accepted the appeal of Impulso Ciudadano association against the Quim Torra decision to display these symbols. In the judgment, the Supreme Court recalls its case-law and the Constitutional Court’s, and inter alia, points out that public institutions are not entitled to the right to freedom of expression.
