Breaches:
Adri’s support group, ‘L’Adri es queda al barri”, issues a statement whereby it announces that the Prosecutor’s Office and Jusapol accuse the young Badalonian man. He is accused of a hate crime for calling a Jusapol member a fascist in ‘Holi Festival’ demonstration. The Prosecutor’s Office asks for a sentence of 2 years and 4 months in prison and Jusapol for 9 months in prison. Adri had been arrested, on 21 November 2018, for his participation in the ‘Holi Festival’ demonstration on 29 September 2018.
