Breaches:
The High Court of Justice of Catalonia suspends the hearing in the trial for disobedience and criminal organisation against Lluís Corominas, Lluís Guinó, Anna Simó, Ramona Barrufet and Joan Josep Nuet, former members of the Bureau of the Parliament of Catalonia; and Mireia Boya, former president of the CUP parliamentary group. The hearing is postponed because Joan Josep Nuet has been elected as a member of Congress for ERC and therefore, according to Spanish laws on parliamentary immunity, must be tried before the Supreme Court, to whom the High Court of Justice of Catalonia refers the case.
