Breaches:
The plenary session of the Parliament of Catalonia passes the resolution presented by JxCat, ERC and the CUP condemning the Supreme Court’s ruling against the pro-independence leaders. The pro-independence parties introduce amendments censuring King Felipe VI and defending the right to self-determination. On 5 November the Constitutional Court had forbidden Parliament from voting on these additions, but they are passed regardless.
