Breaches:
Tarragona Criminal Court number 1 sentences to one year in prison three of four young men accused of having participated in the protests against the judgment that sentenced the leaders of the 1 October referendum in Tarragona. They are sentenced for the crime of assault on the authority and minor injuries and one is acquitted because his participation is not proven. They are also sentenced to pay a fine and damages. According to the judge, the three sentenced pushed Mossos d’Esquadra agents and two agents suffered injuries.
