Breaches:
The Civil Guard arrests Meritxell Esquerra and Kenneth Batiste from Lleida as part of Operation Dignity, for the alleged crime of inciting hatred following publications on Facebook in which they criticise the Civil Guard and the National Police for police violence during the 1 October referendum. Both are released on bail after spending a night at the police station and appearing in court.
