Two young people from Girona arrested in the post-verdict protests

Breaches:

The National Police arrest Robert Llach, a young man from Girona, for the alleged crimes of public disturbance, attacking authority and a crime of minor injuries, in connection with his participation in the protests over the conviction of the leaders of the 1 October referendum, even though he had not in fact participated in the protests. The judge orders preventive detention, from which he will be released on 13 November. The following day, the Mossos d’Esquadra also arrest Pau Sánchez at protest in Girona over the verdict, and he will also be held in preventive detention until 14 November. Sánchez and Llach will share a cell in Puig de les Basses prison.
