A court in Barcelona starts an investigation into police charges on 1 October

Breaches:

The Seventh Examining Magistrate’s Court of Barcelona begins proceedings in relation to the charges that the National Police made on 1 October in the city, following the complaint of the government of Catalonia and hundreds of injured persons. In the following days and weeks, the Court will receive more complaints which will end up totalling around 300. Other Examining Magistrate’s Courts in different parts of the country (such as in Mataró, Amposta, Tarragona and Mollet) are also starting proceedings against police actions following complaints from individuals, and in the following weeks new cases will be started all over the country.
