Hasél presents an appeal for protection before the Constitutional Court against the sentence that condemns him for the glorification of terrorism

Breaches:

The rapper Pablo Hasél presents an appeal for protection before the High Court against the sentence passed by the Supreme Court which ratifies his sentence to 9 months in prison for the crimes of glorification of terrorism, aggravated offence of recidivism, lèse majesté and slander to the State Security Forces and Corps. In November, the Constitutional Court dismissed the appeal, arguing that there had been no violation of fundamental rights. This is the second final sentence condemning Hasél for his songs. The National High Court can order his imprisonment at any time.
