Breaches:
On up to four occasions, the Examining Magistrate’s Court no. 4 of Lleida had ordered the dismissal of the case prosecuting the 1 October police violence at the Benestar Social centre in Lleida, and the Provincial Court of Lleida had upheld the dismissals. Those injured argue that their right to effective judicial protection and right to demonstration and assembly, among others, have been violated.
