Junqueras, Romeva, Sànchez, Turull and Rull warn the Supreme Court that it needs authorisation from the legislative branch to try them

Breaches:

Oriol Junqueras, Raül Romeva, Jordi Sànchez, Jordi Turull and Josep Rull, having won seats in the general elections, ask the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court to request authorisation from the legislature in order to be able to continue the trial against them, and to suspend this trial until the authorisation is given. They also ask for their preventive detention to be lifted so that they can take their seats as MPs and senator and be able to exercise their duties.
