Breaches:
Following instructions from the State Prosecutor’s Office, the High Prosecutor’s Office of Catalonia closes the investigation into CUP for allocating money from the subsidy received by the parties with parliamentary representation to the promotion of the 1 October referendum. The proceedings, followed by an alleged crime of embezzlement, had begun following a complaint by Ciudadanos. The State Prosecutor’s Office considers that no criminal acts took place.
