Breaches:
Spanish Radio and Television Corporation had requested the Central Electoral Board to decide on whether the Falange Española de las JONS ad, for the Spanish Congress and Senate elections, ran counter to the Democratic Heritage Law, since the anthem ‘Cara al sol’ appeared in it. The Central Electoral Board replies that it lacks jurisdiction to order the suspension of a campaign ad video for its alleged criminal content, as according to the Spanish Constitution it can only be carried out by means of a court order.
