The Constitutional Court rejects the appeals lodged by Gabriel, Boya, Forcadell and Simó against the competence of the Supreme Court to judge them

Breaches:

In the Constitutional Court’s plenary session it was unanimously decided to reject the appeals for protection submitted by Anna Gabriel, Mireia Boya, Carme Forcadell and Anna Simó against the Supreme Court’s lack of jurisdiction to judge them in the context of the prosecution of the leaders of the 1 October referendum. The appeals had initially been admitted but the court now decides not to admit them because all other judicial avenues have not yet been exhausted.
