Breaches:

The Supreme Court upholds theHigh Court of Justice of Catalonia’s conviction of Artur Mas, Joana Ortega and Irene Rigau for disobedience, but reduces their respective periods of disqualification from public office from two years to one year and one month, from one year and nine months to nine months and from a year and a half to six months, thus sentencing Mas to a disqualification period of the same length as the one it had handed down to Francesc Homs.
