Breaches:
Examining Magistrate’s Court judge Carmen Lamela orders the interlocutory prosecution of the head of the Mossos d’Esquadra in relation to the 20 September demonstration and the 1 October referendum, prosecuting Josep Lluís Trapero for two crimes of sedition in relation to the events on these dates and for illegal organisation, Teresa Laplana for sedition in relation to the 20 September events, and Pere Soler and Cèsar Puig for sedition in relation to the 1 October referendum and for criminal organisation. All four appeal the indictment but Lamela dismisses the appeal on 18 April. Again, all four file an appeal to the National High Court’s Criminal Chamber.
