The High Court of Justice of Catalonia admits the Prosecutor’s Office’s complaint against Miquel Buch for having an adviser who allegedly provides Carles Puigdemont with protection services

The High Court of Justice of Catalonia admits the complaint presented by the Prosecutor’s Office against Mossos d’Esquadra sergeant Lluís Escolà and the Catalan Minister of the Interior, Miquel Buch, for alleged crimes of prevarication and embezzlement. The charges were brought in connection with Escolà’s role as a security adviser to Buch. The Prosecutor’s Office accuses Escolà of providing protection exiled President Carles Puigdemont while on the payroll of the Ministry.
