The High Court of Justice of Catalonia summons Torrent and three former members of the Parliament Bureau to testify as they are being investigated

Breaches:

The investigating magistrate of the case against former president of the Parliament Roger Torrent (current Minister of Business and Labour) and the former members of the Bureau Josep Costa, Eusebi Campdepadrós and Adriana Delgado, Maria Eugènia Alegret, summons them to testify for an alleged crime of disobedience committed on 15 September. They are being investigated for having allowed two votes in a plenary session of the Parliament advocating the right to self-determination and rejecting the monarchy. On 13 September, Costa files an appeal for protection before the Constitutional Court against the complaint being accepted and asks the instructor to suspend the statement scheduled for the 15th while the Constitutional Court examines the request for precautionary measures, but Alegret dismisses this appeal.
