The National High Court acquits the Mossos who were with Puigdemont at the time of his arrest in Germany

Breaches:

The court has acquitted from concealment charges the two agents of the Catalan police force who, together with the businessman Jami Matamala and the historian Josep Lluís Alay, were in the car with Carles Puigdemont at the time of his arrest in Germany on March 2018. The court argues that the Mossos have not committed any crime since, according to the ruling of the Supreme Court on the 1 October referendum, Puigdemont would only be investigated for an alleged crime of sedition, which, unlike that of rebellion, cannot be concealed.
