Breaches:

The Constitutional Court has finally rejected the appeal, which was lodged by around thirty people in opposition to the Supreme Court’s ruling in July 2018, on the grounds that they are not entitled to file the appeal. This ruling dictated the suspension of Carles Puigdemontfrom being a member of the Chamber and was passed within the framework of the 1 October case.
