Breaches:

The Prosecutor’s Office believes that Forcadell disobeyed the Constitutional Court when she allowed the debate and vote on of the conclusions of the Constituent Process Study Commission. This is the first of four complaints that the Prosecutor’s Office will end up submitting against the President of the Bureau of Parliament, Carme Forcadell, in this case before the High Court of Justice of Catalonia, for allowing debates and votes in the plenary session.
