The Supreme Court confirms the suspension of parliament ministers

Breaches:

The Supreme Court’s Criminal Chamber dismisses appeals lodged by Oriol Junqueras, Raül Romeva, Josep Rull, Jordi Turull and Jordi Sànchez against their suspension as ministers of the Parliament of Catalonia dictated by Pablo Llarena, the judge investigating the 1 October case, following their prosecution for a crime of rebellion. On 19 September, Junqueras and Romeva, and on 8 October, Rull, Turull and Sànchez appeal the rejection of their appeals before the Constitutional Court. On 23 October, Carles Puigdemont appealed directly to his suspension by Llarena before the Constitutional Court, since Llarena has not processed his appeal to the Supreme Court.
